This is a SKADIS and UPPSPEL compatible holder for your sewing threads. It attaches to the pegboard just like the official IKEA accessories. It can hold up to 4 bobbins.
It is made to fit tightly so it doesn’t wobble on the board, you can place multiple units next to one another to cover the whole panel with your whole range of sewing thread colors.
You can order in a variety of colors, including White for a very clean look or even Grey, which is the same color as the official IKEA grey accessories, we also have pastel colors like pale pink or lavender purple.
It can hold all kinds of thread brands, and even sizes including or similar to:

I am transitioning to Gutermann thread and had recently purchased a set of approx 400 spools so that I will always have a broad assortment of colors on hand for my craft business. Where was I going to put 400 spools of thread though? 🤔 I immediately started searching Etsy for 3D printed spool holders for the IKEA Skadis system, which is what I use in my craft studio, and found this shop. Nil over delivered on every aspect of this order! It arrived faster than I expected, was packaged impeccably, with great care AND he even made the spool pins a little longer so that I can add a bobbin under each spool! I’m a little OCD when it comes to craft organization due to the crazy amount of stuff I have accumulated over the years (everything must have a place and space, because time is money!) and this was definitely money well spent!

I bought these to store the regular spools of thread you’d find in most sewing kits. I was wholly, 100% aware this was not necessarily made for those spools. It’s a tight fit but they DO fit on there. It’s nice to have all my spools hung up so that I can see what colors I have! Also great for storing your bobbins. Would recommend buying more than you need so that you have room to buy new string colors.
