Powerful SKADIS Magnet for IKEA Pegboards - Holds up to 500g - Storage and organization
This is a great solution for your hobby table pegboard, the strong magnet attaches to the IKEA SKADIS or UPPSPEL with a hook and the can magnetically hold up to 500g metal objects.
My design doesn't cover the magnet with any plastic like other competitors do, ensuring that the full power of the magnet remains active and the tools don't fall because of the reduced magnetic field when covered.
The weight that it can hold varies from 300g to 500g, depending mostly on the tools surface, flat surfaces like knives or scissors work better. Please make sure with a small magnet or similar that the tools you intend on holding are magnetic before buying.

These magnets are great, strong, and easy to mount on my Skadis board. I had bought magnets from another vendor on Etsy that failed to hold anything and they were fragile and fell apart (blue ones in the photo), so I took my business to this shop and I am glad that I did. This is your go to spot for magnets that can actually do their job right and not break during the install. They are crafted well, were shipped promptly, and they are exactly what I needed. I will buy here again should I need more. The photo does not do it justice, but that black magnet is holding my very heavy box cutter like a boss. I tried to upload a video to show how well it works, but Etsy does not have that as an option here.
